The Certificate Course is the first-year of a two year program for trainee Accounting Technicians. It is aligned with Level 6 of the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) in the Republic of Ireland.

Whether you are a school-leaver, changing career, or looking to progress at work, ATI industry-recognised qualifications will open up the door to a rewarding career in accountancy and finance.

The course is classroom based with MS Teams feed, classes take place each Monday and Wednesday evening from 7pm to 9.30pm commencing on Monday 30th September 2024 with induction on Thursday 26th September at 7pm. Tuition concludes at the end of April and examinations are held in May.

The course fee includes tuition and in person support, all course notes, class recordings for revision, free Microsoft Office.com apps, including Microsoft Excel, as well as the Accounting Technicians Ireland on line learning suite. (ATI student membership required).

7.00-9.30pm Business Management

Wednesdays

7.00-9.30pm Taxation

7.00-9.30pm Financial Accounting


Please Note: A commitment to additional independent study is required.

Students should also be aware that the course fee covers tuition costs only and that Accounting Technicians Ireland charges its members for registration and examination fees. 

The costs for 2023-24 are ; Registration fee – €200, Examination fee per subject – €75, student textbook per subject €65.
