Certificate for Accounting Technicians €900

This is the first year of a two-year study programme is designed to prepare learners for employment in accounting departments of commercial, industrial or public sector organisations or in accountant offices. It provides a valuable qualification in accounting , taxation and information skills leading to membership of Accounting Technician Ireland (ATI), The course is delivered interactively via Microsoft Teams (recorded), with a live classroom option for those who prefer to attend in person.

Description

The Certificate Course is the first-year of a two year program for trainee Accounting Technicians. It is aligned with Level 6 of the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) in the Republic of Ireland.

Whether you are a school-leaver, changing career, or looking to progress at work, ATI industry-recognised qualifications will open up the door to a rewarding career in accountancy and finance.

The course is delivered live and interactively via Microsoft Teams (with recordings available), with a live classroom option for those who prefer to attend in person.

Classes take place each Monday and Wednesday evening from 7pm to 9.30pm commencing on Monday 28th September 2026. Tuition concludes at the end of April and examinations are held in May. 

The course fee includes tuition and in person support, all course notes, class recordings for revision, free Microsoft Office.com apps, including Microsoft Excel, as well as the Accounting Technicians Ireland on line learning suite. (ATI student membership required).

7.00-9.30pm Financial Accounting
7.00-9.30pm Law

Wednesdays

7.00-9.30pm Taxation 

7.00-9.30pm Business Management 

The course fee is €900 (4 modules), and the cost per module where less than 4 modules taken is €250 per module.

Refund Policy

Fees are paid in full on enrolment and are refunded if course does not run. The college reserves the right to close a course and refund fees by electronic transfer. All other courses must remain viable and be self-financing: therefore NO REFUNDS, under any circumstances, are available once a course has commenced.
